sweating in your sleep

I get awful sweats in my sleep! Often after drinking, I notice. Anyone got any tips of what to do?

    I agree with screech. I don't think that there is anything that you can really do about the sweating deal. It s ratural to sweat after drinking (especially heavily) It is a way for your body to get rid of the toxins.

    after drinking that's normal ... just make sure to stay hydrated. for no apparent reason (i'm assuming you're not menopausal)? that's kinda wierd. get yourself checked out.

      No I am not menopausal I am a bloke!
      So my solution is to make sheets out of towelling that suck up all the sweat. A bit gross, I know, but better than a bad nights sleep.
      Also, sometimes I get the sweats when I have NOTHING to drink - I think it is like DTs....any thoughts??
