I just moved from the west to the east coast and it seems to be affecting my sleep. I think "jet lag" is pretty well established, but what about adjusting permanently to a new time zone? Has anyone else dealt with this? I've been here about a week and whenever I try to wake up at the time I used to wake up on the other coast(after going to bed at the same time) I find that I'm dead tired by mid-afternoon. If you've tried this before, how long has it taken you to adjust completely to the new time zone?
