lose weight while you sleep!

hey,
recently unemployed so I get to indulge my love of sleeping in and mid-day naps. I noticed that I've actually lost a few pounds and am now in the normal BMI range and think it's due to eating fewer & less meals cause I'm awake less hours of the day. And to think I had been using those precious hours exercising...sheesh--what a waste.
